Whist most 12 year old girls were trying out make up and learning the joys of shopping our Vics had just completed her first motor sport race in a 100cc kart. By the age of 17 Vicki was a racing instructor at Brands Hatch and Silverstone and she currently holds a Race International C licence. This girl’s a serious petrol head.
Having trained as a journalist, Vicki made her mark at Car Mechanics Magazine, she then co-launched Maz Power Magazine, worked as a road tester for Auto Express, the Daily Telegraph and The Times before becoming News Editor for What Car?
During the late 90s she worked for BBC Top Gear, establishing herself as the foremost female road tester in the country, and joined Tiff as a founder of Fifth Gear in 2002. She was the first TV journalist to be invited to drive the Pagani Zonda Roadster, and is the only gal we know to have maxed a Chrysler Viper, Ferrari Challenge Stradale, Lamborghini Murcielago and Aston Martin Vanquish.
