Heli Mission
The basics
An RC car and helicopter in one handy package. The truck section of Heli-Mission is fully remote control and has sirens as well as flashing lights for effect. The rear cargo section opens up and once open reveals a rising platform where a small RC helicopter sits which you can then start up and fly away.

I know exactly what I'll be buying for my hubby John this year for Christmas, though I expect I will also have to buy Lennox, the grandson something similar or there could be a nasty falling out!

my recent helicopter broke. It was also hard to control in small areas and kept banging into walls. This looks amazing but i hope the controls are easy

was blown away by how brilliant this was when i saw it on the programme did a bit of digging around and found argos had it on offer but was horrified when i saw it runs on normal batteries and takes 10AA BATTERIES YES 10 that will drain the pocket of any grown up pity it doesnt use rechagable battery pack.

PLEASE READ! Bought this as a xmas present for step son (7). Impressed with the box but that is where is all stopped. Upon opening very flimsy truck and the helicopter was even worse! 10 AA batteries, yes 10 batteries, were required and then the helicopter has to charge from the remote control (and how long would that last with a 7 yr old!). Was very disappointed as for £60 (Amazon purchased) expected lithium ion batteries at least for the truck. Overall this is not what I expected and so returned for full refund (full credit to Amazon here). I was disappointed that the Gadget show had not taken the battery issue or build quality into review when assessing the score. Unfortunately this will make me think twice when reading Gadget show reviews in the future. Happy to stand corrected and to hear back from the Gadget show. On the look out for an alternative Xmas present now. And just to confirm avid gadget fan with all the boys toys.
