I like the look of the DeDietrich oven but if you set it to cook a joint of meat, what do you do about your roast potatoes and youkshire pudding ?

I have purchased the Dedetrich and would like an anser to the question relating to once meat is set to cook, can you add other items ie potatoes, yorkshire pudding without the oven switching off.

I have the De Dietrich oven that you have tested in my home. I've found that once the meat is cooking and the oven is up to temperature, you can then insert the roast potatoes with no problems, it did not effect the meat cooking times or result. Re the yorkshire pudding, I found that the oven was not hot enough to get a good rise, so I remove the meat once it's cooked and whilst this is resting. I can then up the oven temperature to get great big yorkshire puds and really crispy roast potatos and stuffing. i hope this helps
