Roberts unveils pair of Wi-Fi wannabes
Roberts Stream 83i – perfect for dinner parties too apparently
DAB radio specialist Roberts has added two new models to its extensive DAB lineup.
The piano-black Stream 83i is designed to be compact enough to use as a bedside alarm clock, and comes with sleep and snooze timers. An auxiliary port gives you access to tunes on an external MP3 player, while USB and Wi-Fi are useful for talking to a PC.
Up to 15 preset stations can be stored, while you can set up a virtual station containing your own favourites using the Last FM function.
The Stream 83i will set you back £149, but if that’s too much the more compact StreamTime radio, at £30 less, might be for you. It offers 10 station presets, also features Wi-Fi and comes with dual alarm programs for weekday and weekend programming, along with two alarm timers, and the obligatory sleep/snooze timers.
Like with everything else at this time of year, Roberts tells us they’ll make ideal Christmas presents.
