Motorola Android home phone arrives
Motorola brings Android to the home
Motorola has just outed a new Android handset for home use – and it’s a beaut. The Motorola HS1001 Android, to give it its full name, uses DECT 6.0, for those who care to know, and also jumps on Wifi to get online.
It’s also fully touchscreen, just like its Android mobile brother, the Motorola Milestone. There’s no Android Market, however, but you can use it to browse the web and read and send emails.
The Motorola HS1001 will be available for UK homes in late summer of this year, with a price to be confirmed…

It's about time that the home phone became more high tech.
