I agree with Dominic, a general products would have been great instead of specifics.
Surprised to see the OLED tv in there as they haven't taken off yet and don't look to be joining our homes any time soon, dammit!.
I would have voted the mobile phone tbh, they have come such a long way in such short time...well, since the 0'ties. Remember the days when they were there to serve a specific purpose, i.e. to take calls.
Now mobies are making MP3/4 players, personal organisers, alarm clocks, dicta phones obsolete. You can also now browse the web, use them for GPS's, scan barcodes to check prices, play games, read books and much more.
Emerging technology such as augmented reality are going to make mobile phones even greater tools for leisure and business. The humble mobile phone seems to be something greater than it was ever intended to be, looks like it will be with us for decades to come.
