Cowon to unveil shuffle killer
If looks could kill, then the iPod shuffle's days are numbered!
We haven’t really heard much from Cowon since its S9 earlier this year, but now the Korean PMP prince is priming a new petite player (how’s that for alliteration? Hmm?) and it’s got the iPod shuffle firmly in its sites.
The Cowon iAudio E2, as it’ll be known, is a screenless, buttonless MP3 player just like the shuffle. Cowon’s still keeping the specs firmly under wraps, but the word on the internet street is that Cowon will be revealing a few deets over the next few days.
In other Cowon news it seems the big C will be releasing a follow-up to the iAudio 7, the iAudio 9. What that’ll bring only Cowon knows, but as soon as they dish the dirt on players we’ll let you know.
