Say hello to BeoCom 5, the swanky new landline phone from B&O.
We don’t feature too many landline phones on The Gadget Show, but when they’re made by Danish home entertainment style maestros Bang & Olufsen we’re happy to make an exception.
The BeoCom 5 is an aluminium-bodied cordless phone with a hands-free speakerphone built into its charging base. And it’s not just any old speakerphone either – B&O says it’s used its extensive acoustic knowhow to deliver natural speech reproduction, so you’ll be able easily distinguish between different people’s voices.
The device also offers two separate phone lines, so you could combine a regular landline with voice over IP, or have one line for work and one for personal calls.
BeoCom 5 also offers a customisable full colour display and eight ringtones, plus space to store 400 contacts.

Has anyone experienced poor sound volume from the BeoCom 5 Handset?

Yes, mine has been back 3 time now for software updates but still volume problems and cutting out, echo etc : ( Still have the problems and don't know what to do next?
