The future of robotics?

Friday 29 January

This week on Web TV Ortis jetted off to Stateside to take a look at the latest robotic wonder. Dubbed the Ball Bot, this robot gets around by using just one wheel and a series of gyroscopes and accelerometers.

It may not have the charm of a Honda Asimo or a Sony Aibo just yet, but this could well be the way out robot butlers of the future will fetch us our cocktails by the pool.

Elsewhere, I’m checking out all the latest news on the Apple iPad while Jpn puts the Nokia N900 through it paces. Enjoy!
